TRIBAL CONTRAINDICATION TO VACCINATION

Indigenous Rights Protections Indigenous Political Authority

This is to certify that the following is a true Record filed with the

Ayeaye Sorsoro Arawak Indigenous Native American Nations Office of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs

This recorded document is in harmony with International law for exemption rights and indigenous protections for children, and adults. 

The Ayeaye Sorsoro tribal nation is a  spiritual, and tribal congregation which practices include our ancient way of life under the  Arawak Indigenous Native American Association of Nations. To this day we continue to use our medical and religious/spiritual laws and health remedies we have practiced for thousands of years here in North America (Turtle Island) and around the world without incidents of pandemic or global threats of human life..

This Declaration is consistent with International Law, The Constitution of the Ayeaye Sorsoro Arawak Indigenous Native American Association of Nations Tribal Government, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and The United Nations Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, International Treaties, and Tribal Medical exemptions from vaccinations. Forced Vaccinations are an ACT OF GENOCIDE [See USC 18 section 1091] against Peoples allergic to their contents and who can have short term and long term adverse impact due to the vaccination.

Any corporation, institution, municipality, county, borough, parish, state, federal agency or nation state that attempts to require any vaccinations or other medical procedure by force upon Indigenous Peoples in respect to Indigenous Peoples are acting under color of authority and in threat, duress and coercion of the Indigenous person involved.  All Indigenous Peoples of the Indigenous Native American Association of Nations Tribal Government have a natural, personal, and political right not to participate in genocidal acts attempted against their person or their Aboriginal tribal nation and they cannot legally be forced by any nation states or private parties to participate in ANY MEDICAL PRACTICE that is AGAINST their way of life and general health Standards and Tribal & International Rights.  All Indigenous Peoples of the Indigenous Native American Association of Nations reserve the right to have their own Health Professionals to conduct all Medical diagnostics procedures and Health related Services for Indigenous Peoples. 

 

All Tribal members are only required to show documented proof of physician record of Current negative Covid testing diagnosis.



LAW REFERENCES

(U.N.) UNITED NATIONS DECLARATION ON THE RIGHTS OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLES

Article 18) Indigenous peoples have the right to participate in decision-making in matters which would affect their rights, through representatives chosen by themselves in accordance with their own procedures, as well as to maintain and develop their own indigenous decision-making institutions.

Article 24 1.) Indigenous peoples have the right to their traditional medicines and to maintain their health practices, including the conservation of their vital medicinal plants, animals and minerals. Indigenous individuals also have the right to access, without any discrimination, to all social and health services.

A tribal government derives its sovereign power from its people and from its connection to ancestral territory. Tribal sovereignty is not a gift bestowed by an external government and is not outlined in the U.S. Constitution, although the sovereign status of tribes is recognized by the U.S. government and has been upheld by Treaties with the U.S. Supreme Court.

(U.S.) AMERICAN DECLARATION ON THE RIGHTS OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLES

Article I.

1.) The American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples applies to the indigenous peoples of the Americas.

2.) Self-identification as indigenous peoples will be a fundamental criterion for determining to whom this Declaration applies. States shall respect the right to such self-identification as indigenous, whether individually or collectively, in keeping with the practices and institutions of each indigenous people.

Article XVIII. Health

2.) Indigenous peoples have the right to their own health systems and practices, as well as to the use and protection of the plants, animals, minerals of vital interests, and other natural resources for medicinal use in their ancestral lands and territories.

3.) States shall take measures to prevent and prohibit indigenous peoples and individuals from being subject to research programs, biological or medical experimentation, as well as sterilization without their prior, free, and informed consent

Article XX. Rights of association, assembly, and freedom of expression and thought

3.) Indigenous peoples, in particular those who are divided by international borders, shall have the right to travel and to maintain and develop contacts, relations, and direct cooperation, including activities for spiritual, cultural, political, economic, and social purposes, with their members and other peoples.

 4.) These states shall adopt, in consultation and cooperation with the indigenous peoples, effective measures to ensure the exercise and application of these rights.

Also, according to (FEDERAL) 42 U.S. Code § 1996 – Protection and preservation of traditional religions of Native Americans:

“On and after August 11, 1978, it shall be the policy of the United States to protect and preserve for American Indians their inherent right of freedom to believe, express, and exercise the traditional religions of the American Indian, Eskimo, Aleut, and Native Hawaiians, including but not limited to access to sites, use and possession of sacred objects, and the freedom to worship through ceremonials and traditional rites.” And;

(INTERNATIONAL) United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UN 1994) Article 13:

“Indigenous peoples have the right to manifest, practice, develop and teach their spiritual and religious traditions, customs and ceremonies; the right to maintain, protect, and have access in privacy to their religious and cultural sites; the right to the use and control of ceremonial objects; and the right to the repatriation of human remains.” And;

Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief (UN 1981):  

“Article 1(1): Everyone shall have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. This right shall include freedom to have a religion or whatever belief of his choice, and freedom, either individually or in community with others and in pubic or in private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching.” ;

Article 1(2): No one shall be subject to coercion which would impair his freedom to have a religion or belief of his choice.” ; and 

Article 4(1): “All States shall take effective measures to prevent and eliminate discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief.”
